What happens after I purchase a package?

After a successful payment, you will be asked to enter the subjects you want configured. Our team will then set up your personalised study materials and add them to your library within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your books are ready.

How do I choose my subjects?

You can enter your preferred subjects immediately after purchase on the success page. If you are not sure at that point, no worries — you can submit or update your subject choices anytime from your Library page.

Can I change my subjects after submitting?

Once a subject has been submitted and configuration has started, changes may not be possible. If you need to make changes, please reach out to our support team through the Contact Us page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How will I know when my books are ready?

You will receive an email notification as soon as each book is configured and added to your library. You can also check the status of your orders anytime from the My Library page, where each subject will show its current status — Awaiting Details, Being Configured, or Ready to Read.

What is included in each book?

Each book comes packed with syllabus-specific study materials, a personal teaching coach, chapterwise previous year questions (PYQs), a comprehensive question bank, curated videos, and detailed lesson plans — everything you need for thorough exam preparation in one place.

Do you offer refunds?

Since each book is custom-configured for your specific subjects, refunds are generally not available once configuration has begun. If you have any concerns before purchasing, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

Is there a validity period for my books?

Yes, all books included in your package are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will have full access to all your study materials, teaching coach, question banks, and other resources throughout this period.
